The Session: This is the beginner-friendly samba class you’ve been waiting for! Whether you’ve been wanting to try to learn samba, or you want to build your confidence by giving yourself a new goal to achieve- this is the session for you. Participants will learn basic samba technique, styling, and vocabulary in a weekly-class format. While the course is drop-in-friendly, we encourage students to take the entire session to build their foundations with consistency!

The entire performance package includes 6 hours of in-class instruction, and an additional hour of dress rehearsal and an additional open-studio day of practice time to make sure you are feeling your very best before you get on stage. Students may also get other opportunities to perform at various festivals and latin cultural events throughout July and August (TBD). While attendance for all performances is not required, it is always encouraged to take all performance opportunities!
